LOCATION
Nosara, Costa Rica is home base for the winter trips. We’re based in a luxurious 3-bedroom house minutes from Playa Guiones, a beautiful 5 kilometer (3.1 miles) long, white sand beach, located in the center of the Nicoya peninsulas Gold Coast. It is an organized beach break with rights and lefts, great for beginners with long rolling waves, but still challenging for more advanced surfers with occasional fast hollow sections.

ACCOMODATIONS
Guests will enjoy a private beach villa with it's own path to the beach, a short 200 meters away. The Villas have 3 rooms, equipped with a palapa style roof, fabulous ocean views, breezes and a/c. Enjoy an afternoon dip in our private pool. Our villas are great for entertaining and special occasions. Accommodations are shared with 2-3 per room, but those preferring private lodging, rooms are available at a nearby hotel for an additional cost.

TRANSPORTATION
You are responsible for transportation to Nosara. You have a variety of options: 

Fly into  San Jose, Costa Rica
   1.Fly on Sansa or Nature Air 
Fly to the  Nosara air strip where we will meet. The flight takes 45 minutes and will cost $160.00 round trip. Local flights can fill up quickly, to reserve one, please book far in advance. Sometimes takeing large amounts of luggage or surfboards on the small, local flights is difficult. Groups of 2-4 people may find driving better.                      
   2. Shuttle This is your best option if traveling with a group.  This will cost $145.00 -165.00 and covers up to 6 people. InterBus is also available for those traveling in a smaller group and cost $39.00 per person. This is about a 4 1/2 -5 hour ride 
   3. Bus from San Jose.  The cost is $6.00. This is good for the budget minded, but is a 6 hour ride.  

Fly into Liberia, Costa Rica
1. Taxi A taxi ride from Liberia to Nosara is 2 1/2 hours and cost $100.00 each way.
