Surf Lessons daily from CPR certified instructors- If conditions don't allow for this, there is plenty to do in Nosara or nearby (snorkling, turtle watching, horseback riding, hiking, or a road trip to a nearby town for some shopping and some nightlife).

Yoga daily- Stretching plays an important role in all sports and especially helps with surfing. Having the balance that yoga requires is similar to that of surfing. Each morning we'll start our day with Yoga.

Complimentry Professional Sports Massage- After all the hours of surfing your muscles will enjoy the relaxation of a massage. Surfing uses muscles that we normally don't use daily, 90% upper body. Even the most fit will be feeling slighty sore.

Complimentry Tour- Enjoy Costa Rica's longest Canopy Tour. Zip through the jungle enjoying Costa Rica's vast wildlife.

Photo CD- Memories of a lifetime. Your surf adventure captured on film, surf shots, smiles and much more!

Use of Surfboards all day! During free time surfboards are available for your personal use.

Registering is easy. To reserve a spot in one of the camps, just download and fill out both pdf forms below for whichever surf camp you're interested in. Be sure to specify which camp date you're interested in. Send them both in along with a $200 non-refundable deposit check or money order to the address on the form. If the week intended is full, you can apply it to a different week that is open. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the scheduled session begins. With a 50% deposit of your Adventure the remainder is due the Thursday prior to your session start date.
